Ashley and Patrick are a really cute couple from Duluth that came down to take some engagement photos in Stillwater last week. It was a little chilly, but they were great sports. I’m really looking forward to their wedding next October!

Here are some of my favorites from their session! These photos were uploaded last friday, but I thought I had broken my website with that post, so I deleted it. Turns out, I just deactivated something that I shouldn’t have. This is why I shouldn’t be allowed access to site settings! : )

Utah!

I went on vacation this past week to Salt Lake City, Utah. Boy howdy, it was PRETTY out there. I’m a BIG fan of mountains, tell you what.

This is at Great Salt Lake on a beautiful day.

We also went to Snowbird Resort in Little Cottonwood Canyon. We took a tram up to Hidden Peak which is 11,000 feet up. Oh, elevation…

Ignoring a little sickness (stupid colds!) and boredom (while my Mom was the library during the week), it was a great trip. But, obviously it had to have been when I saw beautiful scenes like this:

This soon-to-be mommy is my best friend’s sister and auntie of Miss K. She braved the Duluth cold to get some fun maternity pictures taken before the little (using that word lightly ) boy in her tummy decides to come out. It was a lot of fun! Thanks Amy! Can’t wait to see him in a couple of weeks!

Amy’s sister Kym (K’s mommy) tagged along. This photo will likely be somewhere in Kym’s house once she sees this, I can almost guarantee it.

A couple of weeks ago, I headed up to Duluth, MN to hang out with some great friends of mine. I needed to test photos on this blog and figured that these pictures would be great for that! So here goes.

This is Jer. He’s kind of weird…

We hung out at the mall where Jer, Ethan and Eve all tried on atrociously tight clothing and had photo shoots in the dressing rooms of various stores. I stood outside pretending I didn’t know them and blushing, of course.

It was a beautiful day out, so we headed to Eve’s house in Superior, WI and hung out.

I made Ethan act like a high school senior for a few shots…

Then Jer came over and added a little leafy goodness to his photo.

Finally, I made Eve sit for me. She wasn’t very happy about it.

Oh and Bandit hung out too.
